  • Villa Florya Kumlubuk Boutique Hotel

...swimming in the deserted beach in the early morning, one feels that neither time nor the petty details of service must count for much in paradise.

  • Badem Çiçeği Hotel

Selimiye is a tiny village 90 minutes away from Marmaris. The mountains hug the bay so tightly that the sea looks like a lake.

A very sweet hotel located on a promontory just outside Selimiye. The view leaves people speechless.

As you leave Marmaris and drive along the Bozburun peninsula, you see nothing but pine trees, the sea and a few villages. Selimiye, which has given its name to the beautiful bay, is the third on your way. Finding a balance between development and peaceful resistance, this lovely settlement has remained largely unchanged in the past 10 years. In front, the wide blue sea, at the back, tree-covered mountain ridges.

Gürbüz and Hülya, an Istanbul couple, bought the existing three buildings by the sea and completely renovated them. The rooms all face the blue water, which is the main attraction here. A large wooden pier provides access to the limpid water and you can spend hours living the dream in its inviting embrace.
